Cactus Gallery specializes in artesanias (handcrafted items) from
Argentina. Every art object is handmade and/or hand
picked by owners Abraham and Sandra.
Our
artisans design one-of-a-kind bijouterie and jewelry
pieces using semi-precious stones, macrame, crystals, precious
metals, seeds, seed pods, bamboo, coconut, leather,
suede and other media. We pay our artisans fair
wages.
Our leather items are
made with Argentine leather that is hand treated,
hand-cut and hand sewn. For the box collectors out
there, we carry tiny treasure
chests have hinges, keyholes, stones and clasps.
Also a favorite, are our
line of wooden spoons,
honey dippers, spreaders and scoopers which are made from cuttings from
trees native to the Iguazu Falls area.
